Today i took some pictures of blooming plants & trees around our yard & I have to say we have a very colorful yard in the spring. :)

This is what spring is all about for me. I love wearing my flip-flops every single day! Spring, to me, is flip-flops, hearing the birds sing every morning when I wake up, the many beautiful trees that are blooming, the smell of freshly mowed lawns, and of course the warm weather. I love seeing all the trees turning green because that means that summer is just around the corner. What I don't like about spring are the wasps & bees. I came home from lunch yesterday & spent my entire lunch hour trying to kill a wasp that had somehow gotten in my bedroom. I eventually got him but it was not pleasant! By the end of the day we had killed three wasps in our house! You do not want to mess with me wasps because you will not win! I will be victorious! On a better note, I have the next 5 days off & I'm elated about it!
